The heat exchanger has a bundle of tubes (1) for circulating gas. Each tube comprises an oblong-shaped hollow profile that is divided into three contiguous longitudinal parts such as two semi-cylindrical pipe ends (41, 42) and a central pipe (5), where passage cross section of the central pipe is greater than passage cross sections of the pipe ends. One of the pipe ends is comprised of turbulators (3). An external wall of the pipe end comprises deformations (6) to allow circulation of laminar gas flow through a pipe in a turbulent mode. An independent claim is also included for a method for manufacturing a heat exchanger.
