The derailleur has a speed selection drum (10) provided with a pulley (10c), which is rotated by two cables (Pplus). The cables are connected to a speed changing unit. The drum is equipped with speed indexing notches (10b), which cooperate with an indexing finger (25) actuated by a spring (24). The drum is passed through a derailing roller (15) as a side displacement ramp to the roller. A support body (11) ensures connection between the drum and the roller. A side adjusting screw (14) of the roller is placed in the support body.
