The device (1) has a rod (6) extending along a longitudinal direction and including a longitudinal end that is articulated at a longitudinal end (5a-1) of a traction cylinder (5) by a first fastener (7). A wedge part (8) is fixed at another longitudinal end (5b-1) i.e. free longitudinal end, of the cylinder by a second fastener (9). Another wedge part (10) is fixed at another longitudinal end of the rod by a third fastener (11). The second and third fasteners of the wedge parts are articulated by a hinge around first and second rotation axes that are parallel to a third rotation axis.
