The bench has a non-volumetric centrifugal pump (1) including an input connected to a blood tank (4) and an output connected to a supply pipe (6) for feeding test tubes (8) connected to a return fluid collector (12). An electronic control unit (3) controls power supply of the pump to reproduce systolic and diastolic phases of a cardiac cycle. A pressure sensor (15) and a flow sensor (16) are connected to a data acquisition card to monitor operation of the pump, where the tank allows oxygenation of the blood, and all components are housed in an enclosure (21) at controlled temperature.
