The hinge has a movable insert (6) connected to a fixing head (3) and slidably mounted in a support (5) to displace between retracted and deployed positions with respect to the support along a clearance axis (XX) or another clearance axis (ZZ). The head is placed in extension of the insert along the axis. The support comprises an internal part (11) i.e. flexible blade, that emerges at the level of an opening of a blind hole (7). The internal part is shaped to guide the insert, and allows extension of length of the insert, in retracted position, out of the support in the hole. An independent claim is also included for a method for assembling a hinge.
