The assembly of a tea making machine and an elongated filter cartridge (140), useful to contain the tea to be infused, is claimed. The tea making machine comprises an infusion chamber (41), a hollow guiding conduit inclined with respect to a vertical wall of the infusion chamber, and a heating chamber positioned inside a heating module. The guiding conduit has a first end emerging inside the infusion chamber and a second end emerging towards outside of the infusion chamber. The filter cartridge has a longitudinal direction, which is inclined with respect to a surface (141) of water. The assembly of a tea making machine and an elongated filter cartridge (140), useful to contain the tea to be infused, is claimed. The tea making machine comprises an infusion chamber (41), a hollow guiding conduit inclined with respect to a vertical wall of the infusion chamber, and a heating chamber positioned inside a heating module. The guiding conduit has a first end emerging inside the infusion chamber and a second end emerging towards outside of the infusion chamber. The filter cartridge has a longitudinal direction, which is inclined with respect to a surface (141) of water to be contained in the infusion chamber. An angle between the longitudinal direction with respect to the surface of water is 40[deg] . The filter cartridge has: a first end designed to be removably fixed on the second end of the guiding conduit; and a second free end (143) designed to be positioned inside the infusion chamber. The guiding conduit and the filter cartridge are present in cylindrical form. The first end of the filter cartridge is fixed with the second end of the guiding conduit by screwing or clamping. The heating chamber is positioned above the infusion chamber, and has an opening in its lower wall, where the opening is present near the vertical wall of the infusion chamber. The lower wall of the heating chamber is present in the form of loading funnel or funnel. The lower wall of the infusion chamber, which is positioned above a cavity that is designed to receive a container, is present in the form of loading funnel or funnel. The tea making machine has an opening that is equipped with an electromagnetic valve. The electromagnetic valve comprises: a ball made of magnetizable material such as soft iron; a coil located around the opening. The ball has a closed position covering the opening when current does not passes through the coil, and a position, which is opened when the coil is supplied with direct current. The filter cartridge comprises: an envelope wall pierced by holes, where a fixing system with a plug is provided at one end of the holes; and a sealed and opaque casing positioned around the filter cartridge. The fixing system is formed with a tamper proof system, which comprises: an inner ring integral with the plug equipped with a hook folded toward a surface of the plug; and an outer ring fixed to an end of the envelope wall. Independent claims are included for: (1) a filter cartridge; and (2) a tea making machine.
