The block (B) has internal and external vertical plates (I, E) arranged parallely and exhibiting same height. The plates are connected together by spacers (1). Each spacer comprises a vertical body having a height lower than that of the plates. The spacers comprise blades (15) extended horizontally in a projecting manner on both sides of the body to act as a concrete support. The plates comprise lower faces (6E, 6I) and upper faces (7E, 7I) whose tenons (30) and mortises (31) are dimensioned to have a tight fit during engagement with mortises and tenons of another superimposed block.
