The flange (10) has a body (1) forming two external pipes arranged in a T-structure. The T-structure includes three open ends (4) for allowing passage of fluid through the open ends and inside the pipes. The first and second ends are coupled with the corresponding pipes. The third end is positioned between the first and second ends, and allows diversion of the fluid circulating between the pipes towards a third external pipe. A male coupling unit (2) of the first end and a female coupling unit (3) of the second end have compatible shapes and are provided with coupling threads.
