A cognitive behavioural business coaching software system

A system and method is disclosed that utilises a Cognitive Behavioural Coaching method to provide a psycho-educational based business and work related learning and coaching system to improve personal motivation, resilience and effectiveness. The system provides the user with information, tasks and exercises on an interval learning basis to understand and modify their interpretation of events, thoughts, feelings and subsequent behaviour to ensure more helpful strategies. The system provides material using synchronized graphical, textual and audio methods, with video case studies showing sample users as they progress through the material. Learning points, task and exercise reminders are provided through complementary communication channels such as SMS text, online forums and email to reinforce learning and support real life implementation. Users record their personal activities in a system-provided database to track progress via a Learning Management System.
