A medicinal delivery device 10 includes a clip 12 defining an ala inner surface-engaging portion 14 about a first end thereof and an ala outer surface-engaging portion 20 about a second end thereof, in spaced-apart and generally inward facing arrangement relative to the first end of the clip 12. This forms a gap between the ala inner surface-engaging portion 14 and the ala outer surface-engaging portion 20 for receiving a patient's ala 3. A medicine chamber 25 is carried about the first end of the clip 12 for dispensing medicine into the patient's nasal cavity. The medicine chamber 25 may comprise a cavity 32 formed in a housing 34, and a cover 36 with vents 46 which is secured by locating tabs 40 into slots 42 (see figure 2B). The medicine 26 may be contained on an absorbent material 52 in the cavity.
