An exerciser device, comprises: a belt 4 configured to encircle a waist portion of a user of the device; straps 1 connected at one end thereof to the belt 4, wherein each strap 1 is configured to be disposed over a shoulder of the user; and a resilient band 7 attachable via clips 12 to an end 2 of each shoulder strap 1. The free end of each resilient band 7 is provided with a stopper 8 suitable to allow each band 7 to be gripped by the hand of a user. The device is such that each resilient band 7 provides a resistance to movement of the userâ s arm during a triceps press exercise.
