WAVE-MAKING DEVICE AND WAVE-MAKING METHOD

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a wave-making device and a wave-making method capable of making a wave having an optional waveform at low cost.;SOLUTION: The wave-making device which has at least a water tank and a chamber having an airtight space communicating with water in the water tank, makes the airtight space to be a negative pressure state, sucks the water in the water tank up into the chamber, and makes the sucked water fall by releasing the negative pressure state to generate waves in the water tank. The chamber is provided with a plurality of air supply valves to be used to release the negative pressure state. A wave of an optional waveform can be made by individually controlling operation timing of the air supply valves.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT
