PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a stirring shaft which is improved in the efficiency of crush and stirring, and a stirring treatment device.SOLUTION: Two or more stirring shafts are arranged in parallel with one another in the longitudinal direction in a treatment tank, and two or more support branch knurls are arranged along axial directions of the respective stirring shafts at equal intervals. Two or more support branches different in length are implanted in the respective support branch knurls, and a stirring blade structure which is formed by combining a spiral blade structure in which an outer blade and an inner blade are alternately and repeatedly bridged between the support branches of the respective adjacent knurls, and which makes the stirring shaft spirally circulate, and an intermittent blade structure in which zones for bridging the support branches of the respective knurls by the outer blade or the inner blade are alternately intermitted along the axial direction is arranged at each stirring shaft.
