摘要
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a nuclear power plant buried in the ground, in which even nuclear reactor explosion being 5 or more times as powerful as the Fukushima explosion accident can be confined.SOLUTION: A nuclear reactor building which will not be broken even by hydrogen explosion is built at 60 to 100 m below the ground. The outside of an inner wall of the nuclear reactor building is covered over with a wall comprising a basaltic lava ground product and having a thickness of 20 m and is further covered over with ferroconcrete having a thickness of 5 m to make an artificial reinforcement at about 60 m below the ground, and thus a nuclear power plant with a reinforced ferroconcrete wall which will endure explosion being 5 or more times as powerful as the hydrogen explosion at the Fukushima Nuclear Power Plant of Tokyo Electric Power company is provided.
