PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily carry animals, and to perform experiment, while maintaining a sanitary level of the animals which are isolated and reared.;SOLUTION: An isolation container 7 for irradiation includes: an isolation casing 70 having a container body 87 having an opening and storing the animals; and a lid 71 tightly closing the opening of the container body 87; an air suction plug 88 provided in the isolation casing 70, and changing over between the suction and the cutoff of a gas into an internal space E of the isolation casing 70; an exhaust plug 89 changing over between the exhaust and the cutoff of the gas from the internal space E of the isolation casing 70; and a partition plate 75 partitioning the internal space E of the isolation casing 70 into an experimental animal storage space E2 storing the animals and a gas inflow space E1 into which the gas flows from the air suction plug 88. The isolation container 7 for irradiation includes gas flow passages 101 making the gas pass between the gas inflow space E1 and the experimental animal storage space E2 in at least one of a portion between the partition plate 75 and the inner wall of the isolation casing 70, the isolation casing 70, and the partition plate 75.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT
