PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a refill container capable of keeping air-tightness by simply lidding, an assembly tool for the refill container capable of simply assembling the refill container, and a method of assembling the refill container using the assembly tool for the refill container.SOLUTION: The refill container includes: a container body 2 having a cylindrical side face; a cylindrical ring screw 3 disposed on a circumference of the container body; and a cap 4 to be threaded with the ring screw. A knurl 8 is formed on an outer peripheral surface of the container body. The ring screw has a knurl 9 formed on an inner peripheral surface and a thread 10 formed on an outer peripheral surface. The cap has a cylindrical side face 12 having a thread formed on an inner peripheral surface, and a top face 11 in contact with the upper surface of the container body. The knurls 8 and 9 engage with one another, thereby causing the ring screw to stop rotating in relative to the container body. The ring screw is disposed to be movable downward from the container body. While the ring screw is disposed on the outer circumference of the container body, the thread of the ring screw and the thread of the cap engage to be sealed.
