PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a tooth jumping prevention mechanism of a driving force transmission belt, in which an engagement state of the driving force transmission belt with a driving pulley can be always stably kept and the engagement state can be easily adjusted even when the engagement state is changed.SOLUTION: The tooth jumping prevention mechanism 26 comprises a block 34 inserted freely displaceably in a first end block 14 of a motor-driven actuator 10. A recessed part 70 which faces the outer peripheral side of the driving pulley 22, has a semicircular cross section and is recessed toward the other end side of the block 34, is formed at one end of the block 34. The recessed part 70 is disposed at a predetermined distance from the outer peripheral surface of a timing belt 24 engaged with the driving pulley 22. When the timing belt 24 is moved outward in the radial direction to be parted from the driving pulley 22, the engaged state of the timing belt 24 with the driving pulley 22 can be kept by regulating the movement of the timing belt 24.
