PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technique capable of easily and inexpensively manufacturing passive type 3D projector screens that can suppress a crosstalk rate to low, have a wide view angle, retain the brightness and be appreciated by a large number of persons.;SOLUTION: The surface of a screen substrate is embossed to be formed into an asperity surface, and a reflective coat is applied and formed on the asperity surface. Especially, the substrate having the asperity surface by embossing is a projection screen substrate usable as a 2D diffusion type projection screen, and the reflective coat is applied and formed on the asperity surface of the projection screen substrate.
