PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a medical treatment support system for supporting the specification of an interference region in the medical treatment of a joint, a medical treatment supporting method, and a medical treatment support program.;SOLUTION: A control part 21 of an operation support system 20 takes in an X-ray CT image to form a three-dimensional model. Next, the control part 21 forms a distribution of radii of curvatures and specifies the malleolus lateralis and malleolus medialis of a humerus. Then, the control part 21 forms an approximate cylinder from the malleolus lateralis and the malleolus medialis and specifies the rotary axis on the basis of the cylinder. Further, the control part 21 uses this rotary axis and executes the operation analysis processing of the extension position and coiled position of an elbow.
