PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a control handle allowing a user to operate a rotational operating part (operation of deflection of the distal end of a tube) whether the handle is held by a right hand or by a left hand.SOLUTION: A control handle includes: a handle body 21 into which a proximal end portion of a sheath tube 10 with a distal end flexible portion 10A is inserted; a rotary plate 22 rotatably provided in the handle body 21 to be operated to bend the distal end flexible portion 10A of the sheath tube 10 to deflect the distal end of the sheath tube 10; and a hemostatic valve 23 provided at the proximal end of the handle body 21. The handle body 21 includes a first grip 211 located on the proximal end side of the rotary plate 22 and a second grip 213 located on the distal end side of the rotary plate 22.
