METHOD AND APPARATUS FOR PRODUCING PRINTED FABRIC

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the efficiency of a printing operation by employing a method which performs printing while conveying a belt-like fabric along the belt longitudinal direction when printing a display object on one surface of the fabric; and at the same time, to prevent the contour of the display object from spreading and blurring and prevent the fabric from being stained.;SOLUTION: A method for producing a printed fabric includes: printing a display object while conveying a fabric T; with a printed surface open in air, keeping the conveyance state of the fabric T after printing while allowing a non-printed surface, which is the reverse side of the printed surface, to circumscribe the roller outer peripheral surface of a take-off roller 11; between the take-off roller 11 and a second take-off roller 12 arranged on the downstream side thereof, twisting the fabric T so that the printed surface and the non-printed surface are inverted; and, with the printed surface of the twisted fabric T open in air, continuing the conveyance state of the fabric T while allowing the non-printed surface to circumscribe the roller outer peripheral surface of the second take-off roller 12.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT
