PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a dust diffusion preventive method and a dust diffusion preventive device capable of effectively suppressing diffusion of dust generated in a dust generation area and also reducing a power required for suppressing the dust diffusion.;SOLUTION: The air pressure in a demolition object room R is made negative with respect to that of the outdoor thereof by a first negative pressure dust collector. The inside of the demolition object room R is partitioned by a second negative pressure space forming device 2 and a vinyl sheet 3 to locally form a sealed space and suppress the effect of draft generated in a building. The air pressure in the sealed space S is made negative with respect to that in the demolition object room R by a second negative pressure dust collector 20 to form a local negative pressure space.
