PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a print data distribution management system for easily grasping the situations of each distribution destination of print data, and for easily performing the addition, deletion and change of the distribution destination as countermeasures to the omission of the distribution destination or distribution to any erroneous distribution destination.;SOLUTION: In a print data distribution management system in which a terminal device as the distribution source and distribution destination of print data is connected via a network to a printer which prints print data, the printer analyzes print data to be transmitted from the terminal device as the distribution source, and creates print image data, and performs first mail transmission processing of reading distribution destination information included in the print data to transmit print guidance mail to the terminal device as the distribution destination, and printing out print image data to a recording medium on the basis of a print instruction by a distribution candidate, and manages the print situations of the print image data by the distribution candidate. The terminal device as the distribution source creates print data, and transmits the print data including the distribution destination information to the printer, and displays the print situations of the print image data, and instructs the addition or deletion of the distribution destination.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT
