PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for inducing, in high yield, differentiation from a human embryonic stem cell to neural precursor cell, neurocyte and dopamine neurocyte.SOLUTION: The method includes a step of removing cystic embryoid bodies among embryoid bodies obtained by culturing embryonic stem cells for 5-21 days, and depositing the rest on a culture dish coated with Matrigel (R), laminin or L-polyornithine followed by making a culture in a medium added with a 0.5XN-2 additive for 5-7 days to inhibit the growth of cells except neural system cells.
