PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an outflow oil recovery equipment which can be easily mounted on a vessel and which can easily recover outflow oil not only in the ocean but also within a narrow harbor, and an outflow oil recovery vessel which comprises the outflow oil recovery equipment.;SOLUTION: Outflow oil recovery equipment 1 includes a screw conveyor 3 which has a screw 32 rotatably housed along an axial direction inside a cylindrical casing 31 having an oil recovery port 33 provided at an axial tip and having an exhaust port 34 for recovered oil provided on a back end side, and which transfers outflow oil-containing oily water to the exhaust port 34 from the recovery port 33 by a rotational force of the screw 32.
