PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide identification of matter controlling transcribed modules as a promising approach to discover specified and individualized therapeutic methods.SOLUTION: There are provided a method for identifying specimens to be tested having cancer-developing risk by determining the presence or absence of SNP, which is well known as a KRAS variant, in a KRAS oncogene, a method for predicting the crisis of cancer, and a method for predicting the response of specimens to be tested to chemical therapy/treatment. The disclosure relates to fields of cancer, reproductive health and molecular biology. There is provided a method for diagnosing specimens having cancer and deciding prognosis of the same by deciding the presence or absence of a genetic marker. Furthermore, there is provided a method for determining the response of specimens to be tested to the treatment by determining the presence or absence of a genetic marker.
