OPERATION HISTORY MANAGEMENT DEVICE AND OPERATION HISTORY MANAGEMENT METHOD FOR MECHANICAL PARKING EQUIPMENT

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To more accurately predict occurrence time of a defect in a movable portion or to speedily identify a location of the defect and to enable a prediction or identification result to be externally understood.;SOLUTION: A use history management device 11 of mechanical parking equipment integrates operating time of each pallet through a data logger 18 on the basis of a current value supplied to an electric motor relevant to operation of each pallet. In consideration of a use history of each pallet, timings of possible occurrences of defects in each pallet and a driving mechanism relevant to each pallet due to aging degradation are more reliably predicted. Also, the use history of each pallet can be considered as an index to determine whether the defect occurs due to the aging degradation or another cause. Recorded information in the data logger 18 can be browsed from outside the mechanical parking equipment 10 on a display 32 of a portable terminal 30 through a server 28.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2014,JPO&INPIT
