PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an inner surface-coated steel pipe excellent in anti-corrosion properties under an acidic/alkaline environment, in which the pipe can exhibit satisfactory anti-corrosion properties even when used under such an environment that an acidic or alkaline solution is flowing therein or both solutions are flowing therein.;SOLUTION: The inner surface-coated steel pipe has a galvanized layer of 2.5-85 μm thickness on the inner surface of a steel pipe, and includes an organic resin layer of 10-500 μm thickness on the galvanized layer. At least a kind of oxide particle selected from the following A group (for the alkaline environment) and/or at least a kind of oxide particle selected from the following B group (for the acidic environment) are added to and mixed in the organic resin layer in the range of 1-40 mass% when an A group particle or a B group particle is added singly and each in the range of 1-20 mass% when the A group particle and the B group particle are added compositely. The A group has WO3, V2O5, SiO2, Ta2O3 and MnO2, and the B group has NiO, ZnO, ZrO2, La2O3 and MgO.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT
