PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fiber amplification device, along with a method of adjusting a spectral band width thereof, a laser processing system equipped with the fiber amplification device, and a method of reducing optical loss thereof, capable of reducing occurrence of induction Brillouin scattering at a fiber amplifier, and generating pulse laser beam of an appropriate spectral band width corresponding to a convertible spectral band width of a wavelength conversion element.;SOLUTION: A fiber amplification device includes a laser oscillator, a fiber amplifier for amplifying laser light generated with the laser oscillator, and a spectral band width adjustment fiber disposed in an optical path between the laser oscillator and the fiber amplifier so that the laser light emitted from the laser oscillator can enter the spectral band width adjustment fiber.
