PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a doctor network service system accepting job hunt information of doctors and job offer information of a doctor manager belonging to a medical institution and matching them with each other, and to provide a matching device and a method for dispatching doctors.SOLUTION: First, when a doctor manager inputs job offer request information to a doctor manager terminal, the doctor manager terminal receiving the input, transmits the job offer request information to a doctor network center (step S01). A job offer request reception section of the doctor network center receives the job offer request information and stores the information in a database (S02). When a doctor inputs a job hunt request information to a doctor terminal, the doctor terminal receiving the input transmits the job hunt request information to the doctor network center (S03).
