PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a distribution board capable of stable power supply even at power failure and to provide a power distribution system and power distribution method having the same.;SOLUTION: The distribution board 10 includes: a power failure detection section 11 that detects power failure of AC power 101; a power supply switching section 12 that connects an AC single-phase three-wire for feeding electric power to each of a plurality of loads with a power conditioner 61 in place of connection with the AC power 101 when power failure of AC power 101 is detected; and a short-circuit section 13 that shorts-circuit two lines of the AC single-phase three-wire.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2014,JPO&INPIT
