PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a polypeptide which selectively introduces an adenovirus vector into cancer cells and an adenovirus vector having the polypeptide.SOLUTION: An polypeptide which is selectively introduced into cancer cells includes: (1) a polypeptide chain which has an amino acid sequence corresponding to a cancer cell membrane permeability peptide (CPP); and (2) a polypeptide chain which has an amino acid sequence corresponding to a part or all of an extracellular domain of coxsackievirus adenovirus receptor (CAR) or its analog. An adenovirus vector having the polypeptide is provided.
