PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a partner discovery/selection method, device and system applicable to an MiAN cluster system.;SOLUTION: The partner discovery/selection method includes a step 41 for transmitting a matching request of a slave MiAN to request matching with a master MiAN to a server, a step 42 for receiving, at the slave MiAN, the proximity information replied from the server on the basis of the matching request, including the information of an operating channel at the proximity interface of a first kind of master MiAN, which is a master MiAN specified by the server that the distance to the slave MiAN satisfies a predetermined threshold, from the first geographic position of the slave MiAN and the geographic positions of two kinds of master MiAN corresponding to a previously acquired clustering function, and a step 43 for establishing the communication connection between the slave MiAN and the proximity interface of the master MiAN when the slave MiAN searches on the corresponding channel on the basis of the proximity information and searches the master MiAN.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT
