PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an intelligent monitoring system and an intelligent monitoring device with an automatic notification function which can reduce labor costs.SOLUTION: An intelligent monitoring system 100 with an automatic notification function includes at least one intelligent monitoring device 10 and a remote control terminal 20. The intelligent monitoring device 10 includes a detector 12, an image acquisition unit 11, an embedded system 13, a light source unit 14, an uninterrupted power supply 15, and a wireless transmission device 16. The intelligent monitoring system 100 is capable of automatic monitoring and transmits monitoring information to a portable electronic device 30 via a network, thereby reducing labor costs.
