PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To eliminate irradiation of unnecessary high-power radio waves in shield performance monitoring of an electromagnetic shield chamber.;SOLUTION: A transmitting device 41 is connected to a transmitting antenna 20 installed inside an electromagnetic shield chamber 10, and an output level of a radio wave transmitted from the transmitting antenna 20 is variable. A receiving device 50 is connected to a receiving antenna 30 installed outside the electromagnetic shield chamber 10, and receives a radio wave transmitted from the transmitting antenna 20. A power control unit 62 is connected to the receiving device 50 and the transmitting device 41, calculates transmission power of the transmitting device 41 on the basis of changes in a reception power value received from the receiving device 50, and sets an output level of the transmitting device 41.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT
