PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a tungsten alloy component which does not include a thorium component that is a radioactive material.;SOLUTION: The tungsten component includes Ta of 0.1 to 3 wt.% expressed in terms of TaB₂. Further, the tungsten alloy component preferably includes at least two or more selected from Ta, TaB₂ and B. Further, when the total content of Ta, TaB₂ and B is expressed in terms of TaBx, x2 is preferably satisfied.
