PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve yield strength in an intermediate temperature range in an advanced nickel base single crystal superalloy to which ruthenium is added.;SOLUTION: This heat treatment method of a nickel base single crystal superalloy including ruthenium as composition of the alloy includes a solution treatment step, a first aging treatment step, and a second aging treatment step, where in the second aging treatment step, heating is performed while an optional temperature in the range of 600-800°C is maintained, and a secondary precipitate 3 is precipitated.
