PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pad clip assembly structure for a disk brake device, which improves a pad clip assembly property, removal easiness and pad clip drop prevention effects.;SOLUTION: In a pad clip assembly structure for a disk brake device 10 including a support 30 and a pad clip 60, the support 30 includes a torque receiving part 34 having an ear part 44 protruding in a direction where a brake pad 56 is disposed, and a recessed torque receiving surface 52 provided at an inner peripheral side of the ear part 44 in a rotor radial direction. The pad clip 60 includes a pair of holding pieces and a pad abutting piece 64a. The pair of holding pieces holds the ear part 44 therebetween at the inner peripheral side and an outer circumferential side in the radial direction of a rotor 100. The pad abutting piece 64a is connected to an inner peripheral side holding piece 62c in the holding pieces and extends to the inner peripheral side in the radial direction of the rotor. In an assembled state, an outer circumferential side end part 64a1 in the radial direction of the rotor is brought into contact with the torque receiving surface 52, and an inner peripheral side end part is separated from the torque receiving surface 52. At least two or more contact points between an outer circumferential side held surface 46 in the ear part 44 and an outer circumferential side holding piece 62a in the pad clip 60 are provided along a circumferential direction.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT
