ADVANCED RECYCLING SYSTEM FOR CONSTRUCTION WASTE APPLYING WET TYPE WASHING, CRUSHING AND SORTING TECHNOLOGY

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve a problem wherein a residue on a sieve is generated at a rate of approximately 20-30% in intermediate treatment of construction waste and even when the residue on the sieve derived from the construction waste is sorted using a conventional technology, sand with high purity can not be recovered.SOLUTION: In addition to a conventional dry type crushing sorting technology, grinding, crushing and washing which use water and a water treatment facility are used to extract recycling materials (sand and cement composite soil), so as to contribute to improvement of recycling of construction waste. By applying a wet type grinding crushing washing facility, purification of contaminated soil can be performed simultaneously.
