PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the burden of a user, and acquire highly accurate biological information when acquiring the biological information of two or more biological parts such as a finger and a palm of the user.;SOLUTION: Biometric authentication is performed under such a required minimum restriction that three fingers of a user are put on a finger rest 96 so that versatility can be achieved. That is, since a palm is photographed in a floating state, regardless of the size or shape thereof, a palm vein image can be acquired as well as a fingerprint image. On the contrary, the photographing of the palm in the floating state may cause the posture of the palm to be set at an inappropriate position.
