PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress low temperature corrosion caused by chloride component in adhesion ash in the low-temperature state of a heat conducting pipe during the stop of a waste heat boiler which recovers heat from combustion exhaust gas of waste treatment facilities.;SOLUTION: An alkaline chemical is atomized from a blowing hole 9 into a waste heat boiler 2 which recovers heat from combustion exhaust gas of the waste treatment facilities, and is brought into contact with the ash in the waste heat boiler to prevent the low temperature corrosion.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT
