PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make it difficult for a visitor to memorize an arrangement position of a computer.;SOLUTION: A reception part 40 receives input of specifying information for specifying a computer of a visit destination. An arrangement part 42 arranges dummy obstacles at random or by a prescribed rule in a path of a floor where a plurality of computers are arranged and a path of a floor indicated by floor map information indicating the arrangement of the plurality of computers, that are stored in a storage part 21. A retrieval part 43 retrieves a route to the computer of the visit destination specified from the specifying information by using the floor map information in which the dummy obstacles are arranged.
