PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technique that can find out how high irregularities a wall surface of a tunnel has are.;SOLUTION: A developed view generation device comprises a storage 1, a converter 2, a collating device 3, a displacement shape generation device 4 and a drawing device 5. The converter 2 performs coordinate transformation to place plural measuring points 7 of a wall surface 42 on a developed view of the wall surface 42. The displacement shape generation device 4 generates a displacement shape 41 given an irregularity shape which reflects a value of a coordinate w in a direction orthogonal to a development plane 17, on the development plane 17 of the wall surface 42, on the basis of transformed coordinates of the plural measuring points 7.
