PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a human body detecting device, a human body detecting method and a program that can appropriately determine the presence or absence of any human body without being affected by a change in background temperature or other factors.;SOLUTION: A human body detecting device determines the presence or absence of any human body with a plurality of sensors that detect motions of any human body, if present, and output electric signals. The human body detecting device comprises acquiring means that acquires output values matching the electric signals outputted by the plurality of sensors and determining means that determines, on the basis of the output values of the plurality of sensors, the presence or absence of any human body within a detectable range of the sensors. More specifically, the determining means determines the presence of a human body when an output value of any one of the plurality of sensors surpasses a first threshold and determines when, after the determination, an attenuation amount of all the output values of the plurality of sensors surpass a second threshold, determines the absence of any human body.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT
