PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To refine a search and present a user with an appropriate number of cases including cases appropriate as targets for comparison.;SOLUTION: A case property information database 150 stores, for each one of a plurality of case properties, case property information including a plurality of property conditions that indicate conditions of each case property, and a case amount of each case property. A property information reception unit 113 receives assessment property information including a plurality of property conditions that indicate conditions of an assessment property which is subject to assessment. A search refinement unit 114 receives search refinement information that indicates conditions for refining a search, and refines a search to obtain one or more pieces of case property information among the case property information stored in the case property information database 150, on the basis of the received search refinement information.
