PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a water breaking structure which does not prevent tsunami waves completely but reduces the force of the tsunami waves, considering the fact that a breakwater needs to be a giant structure to prevent the tsunami waves completely so that such a giant breakwater is difficult to be established in landscape, technical and economical aspects.;SOLUTION: On the sea side of a breakwater on the land side, a breakwater on the sea side shorter in height than the breakwater on the land side is installed to be separated at a certain distance from the breakwater on the land side. A hole for circulating the seawater which climbs over the breakwater on the sea side to the sea side is installed at the lower part of the breakwater on the sea side.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT
