LEAVING PROCESSING SYSTEM, TAXI METER AND VEHICLE MANAGEMENT DEVICE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a leaving processing system for raising certainty of leaving processing without starting business by a crew, which is determined to be impossible to leave.;SOLUTION: A vehicle management device 3 is provided with: an alcohol checker 11 and a license reader 13. In a check before leaving, a taxi crew measures alcohol concentration with an alcohol checker 11, and inserts a license into the license reader 13 to make the license reader 13 read the content of the license. The vehicle management device 3 checks the content of these check items to determine propriety of the leaving of the taxi crew. When the leaving is possible, a vehicle which is scheduled to be on duty on the day is assigned from among vehicles registered in a vehicle database 15. The taxi crew rides in a taxi vehicle 6, and inserts a crew certificate card into a taxi meter 5. The taxi meter 5 performs warning display on a screen when the leaving is impossible based on leaving confirmation data to be informed from the vehicle management device 3.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT
