PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an emergency medical treatment assistance system capable of reducing the time required until initial life saving treatment is provided.;SOLUTION: An emergency medical treatment assistance system includes: a user terminal device, a third-party terminal device and an emergency medical treatment assistance device. The user terminal device has a life-saving information communication unit that transmits biological information of a user and location information of the user terminal device to the emergency medical treatment assistance device. The third-party terminal device has a third-party terminal life-saving information transmission and reception unit that constantly transmits location information of the third-party terminal device to the emergency medical treatment assistance device. The emergency medical treatment assistance device has: an emergency determination unit that determines the level of emergency of life-saving from the biological information; a location information analysis unit that analyzes a positional relation of a third party near the current user location based on the user location information and a third-party terminal location information to output information of the distance between the user terminal device and the third-party terminal device; and an informer determination unit that selects a third-party terminal device that transmits life-saving instructing information by an input of emergency information, distance information and attribute information.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT
