PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pulsar ring for detecting a rotational speed, capable of improving rigidity of a cored bar and suppressing deformation of a ring attachment part caused by attachment of the pulsar ring, and to provide a rolling bearing apparatus including the pulsar ring.;SOLUTION: A pulsar ring 201 for detecting a rotational speed includes: a cylindrical base part 203a to be a pressed-in part opened to both directions of an axial line; a ring-like ring attachment part 203b formed by bending the base part 203a; a cored bar 203 having a reinforcement part 203c for reinforcing the ring attachment part 203b; and a ring member 204 attached to the ring attachment part 203b of the cored bar 203 and forming an annular magnet to be a detected part.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2014,JPO&INPIT
