PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make an operator appropriately recognize a state of the circumference of a self-traveling industrial machine even if dust is generated when confirming safety of the circumference on the basis of image data photographed by a photographing part mounted on the self-traveling industrial machine.SOLUTION: An image processing device detects, from among pixels of image data PD, pixels having a higher luminance value than a luminance value for determining dust as high luminance pixels, and detects center pixels having a luminance value difference from surrounding pixels lower than a luminance value difference detected as an edge of the ground as non-edge pixels by taking each pixel in the image data PD as the center pixel. The image processing device detects overlapping pixels where the high luminance pixels and non-edge pixels overlap and takes an area formed of the overlapping pixels as an overlapping pixel area. If the overlapping pixel area is equal to or larger than an area for determining the area as dust, the image processing device generates the overlapping pixel area as a dust area DA and prepares a screen drawn in such a manner that the dust area DA is identified to the image data PD.
